On October 26, 2021 Rashad Byrd was found deceased in his vehicle on Brown St. During the investigation, it was found that he had died from a gun shot wound, after an altercation that occurred at 515 Portland Avenue.
The Major Crimes Unit of the Rochester Police Department is seeking assistance from the public, to identify the below individuals, who may have information regarding what occurred.
